ZumbAtomic Bright Start

Instructor: Mrs. Hitchcock                          Grades:  preK-5                                    Cost:  $30

Sure, chillin’ out is cool. But rocking’ out is a blast!  That’s why you’re gonna love the Zumbatomic fitness program for kids.  It’s a fast-forward fusion of the Zumaba program’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids ages 4-12 max out on fun and fitness all at the same time.  Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the Zumbatomic groove.  Watch their energy and fitness levels soar as they get the groove.  This class will be held in the morning to help kids get a “bright start” to their day. Stick around to have breakfast and be ready for the day!

Let’s Play

Come have fun, enhance your skills, and exercise your mind all while learning the rules of board and card games.  Ms. Weber would love to help you learn a new game or bring your favorite game to share with others!  Parents are welcome to stay and play with you!

Making Stamps

Instructor: Mrs. Wickes                        Grades: K-2 (Pre-K with a parent)            Cost: $35

Have fun making different types of stamps.  How many different materials can you use to make stamps?  This class will challenge you to look at everyday materials in a new way as well as playing with traditional stamps.

Yoga

Instructor: Mary J Bhim-Rao Serafin   Grades: K-5                                             Cost: $30

Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive.  Children learn cooperation and compassion instead of opposition Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, sense of self and body awareness.  Their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.  Engaging in this noble practice, children learn to develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.  Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface.  Please bring a yoga mat and water to each class.  Namasthe

Jumpers Gymnastics CLASS IS FULL

Instructor: Gym Staff                                Grades: K-5                                                  Cost: $35

Take the bus up to the Jumpers Gymnastic Gym (across from Safeway) after school for some jumping fun!  This class will have some instruction on gymnastics and open gym time to jump and bounce all you want.  This is the first time we have offered this class so the instruction time may vary based on what the kids are interested in and what the instructor feels is best for the kids.

The bus will bring the kids back to school about 5:15-5:25.

Please make the payment to Jumpers Gymnastics

Each parent will have to fill out a waiver for their child before classes begin. (Will be sent home with confirmation letter)

REMEMBER: SPACES ARE LIMITED AND FILLED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.  PLEASE DON’T WAIT TO SIGN UP!
